What is your Return Policy?
Allstar Supply, Inc. guarantees all products to be as specified and in perfect working order. Any defective products will be replaced or repaired at no charge. Unwanted products which are not defective can be returned for a full refund, freight not included. Please call or e-mail for return authorization.

What is a "Mil"?
A Mil is one thousandth of an inch, so a 2 mil thick bag is .002". Interestingly enough, many packaging suppliers don't know this information and one of the largest online sellers of poly bags and stretch wrap has this information wrong on their website. We understand the items we sell. All our salespeople go through complete training of our products.

Do I need stretch wrap or shrink wrap?
Don't worry, most of our customers and many of our competitors have problems with this one. Stretch wrap is used for palletizing. The stretch wrap is stretched around a skid of product and, as it wants to return to its pre-stretched form, it holds the load like an elastic band.

Shrink wrap is normally used to seal a product. You have seen this in such products as board games, compact discs, and multiple packages of soda, juice boxes and many other consumer products. But shrink wrap can also be used for palletizing and wrapping of large machinery, and for the winter protection of boats. It is heated to shrink it in place.
